Scoped risk profiles

This is the only live activation point: explicitly select groups in a scoped profile and turn on Live trading. Adding a group to the desk only monitors it; it is never included automatically. Symbols optionally narrow the live scope. With no groups selected the profile cannot trade. Any group not matched by an enabled live profile remains monitor-only. Group + symbol rules take priority over broader rules; equal matches use top-to-bottom order. The EA executes exact platform commands and does not choose risk. EA setup: whitelist http://127.0.0.1 in the terminal, attach SignalDeskBridge, and set InpToken to ea_token.
